Report a Streetlight

Sometimes we need your help to know when streetlights are out, or not working properly. If a streetlight is out or malfunctioning in your neighborhood, please report it so that it can be repaired. 

How to Identify a Pole

Each pole that has Salem Electric equipment on it is identified with a small metal tag about five or six feet from the ground. The pole number engraved on the tag identifies the exact location of the pole. Please provide us with the nearest street address and/or pole number when reporting a streetlight problem to help us locate the light.
